Over the past 10 years, I have worked hard to start and build my professional therapy practice. The Gallagher Foundation is a Private Family Foundation that provides college scholarships to students in developing countries. From Here to Organized dove right in and helped us clean up and organize our nonprofit. They helped to make our paper filing system electronic, organized our files in the cloud, handled the daily accounting, and managed our database. Soon after they arrived, they started a much more strategic, operational role. From Here to Organized then led a two-year strategic plan. They has guided us everywhere from updating our vision and mission, redesigning our website, redesigning our database, creating a scholar tracking system, and overhauling our scholar process from when the moment they first encounter our organization to their experience as alumni. It is hard for us to think about where our Foundation would be today if we had never brought in From Here to Organized.
